About Centerline Fire Design, LLC
My career into fire protection started in September of 2003, where I began designing fire sprinkler systems for a fire protection company after relocating from Minnesota to Arizona. The immense field of fire protection interested me, and I took to learning the process of applying the applicable codes and standards to my design. After two years as a designer, I was promoted to design manager, where I held my position for an additional eleven years, until deciding to use my knowledge and experience to become the creator and owner of
Centerline Fire Design LLC.
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Nine plus years of modeling and coordination experience, providing NWC (Navisworks) and DWG (AutoCAD) files for seamless and successful coordination with all trade design team members.
• Shop drawings produced from the fully coordinated model for exact fabrication of piping resulting in faster and trouble free installation of the system.
• A completed model will be provided to your field personnel for their reference when installing the system.
Fire Sprinkler Design
• Code and owner specification compliant plans with calculations for permit and acceptance to all AHJ’s.
• Shop drawings with main / line tags, elevations and dimensions for coordination, fabrication and install.
• Fabrication listings which include TYL files for the fabrication company. Listings can be broken up, upon request, into manageable areas for easier delivery and areas of focus for installation on larger projects.
